FANATEC NOT RESPONDING

Well I don't know if some of you guys can tell me, if everything is ok at fanatec, as I tried calling them and it told me that the number doesn't exist...so is there a big problem somewhere or everything is more or less fine?

Hi Jakub, I have the same problem. I placed an order on the 6th of Feb on the Fanatec Australia site and my order is not even handed over to the shipping company yet. I've tried numerous ways to try and contact FANATEC Support and none have worked. I'm now here on the Forum to see if I can get some help.
Did anyone respond to you yet? If you have an email or number that has worked please let me know.

Hi, same here. No money, no order number, no email confirmation, only an automatic email. The items I pay for stills shows on my shopping kart.

Hey Gaba, I got an email from Fanatec repair regarding my broken formula v2.5x wheel to ship my products for repair, but I don't really know if I should do this as Fanatec is in insolvency...now I at least have my products and it at least works sometimes...the current state of Fanatec is really shit for all customers, I might have to report them on German site of things.
