CSL Elite pedals V2 not getting detected

Hello I bought CSL elite pedals V2 during Black Friday and they arrived after 4 days. worked fine till last week when out of the blue they stopped working or being detected. i thought the problem was my wheelbase as it is pretty old now so i tried to connect them to USB but same result. then i tried to connect my old V1 pedals to wheelbase and boom they works fine. then i tried to connect single pedals from v2 to v1 hub and they work fine as well exeption made for the brake which i suppose is not compatible with non LC hub... did it happen to anybody else? if yes how you manage to solve the issue?
