Cannot submit support ticket - "Please enter a message and a subject"
Hello...I have tried multiple times now but I cannot submit a support ticket. I keep getting an error "Please enter a message and a subject". I have checked all the entry fields and I have filled them all out...still not working.
My DD2 randomly stops working mid race which causes me to be unable to shift or use any buttons on my wheel. FFB and steering still works but I cannot shift or use buttons until I power cycle the wheel. Obviously not ideal during a race...
Can someone please get back to me so I can submit my support request?

Use another browser, turn off antivirus, try different ways until you get a ticket. The usual things to try.
Fanatec has never been easy.
