QR1 Lite with 8NM

Hello!

Just looking for a bit of advice...

I'm new to direct drives and sim racing, currently using the CSL DD 5nm with the old tape trick to stop the QR1 Lite slipping and clicking.

I'm looking at getting a QR1 at some point, just wondering if its necessary if I was to get the 8nm power supply upgrade?

Apologies if its a stupid question or readily available info!

    Hello Chris,

    QR1 lite should be valid for 8nm too. The problem its the QRi lite design itself. Since i upgraded to QR2 lite i have 0 disconnection issues if it helps you.

    Yeah, the new QR2 needs the spline as well I believe, Different shape. If you add QR2 and dismiss the spline it all goes out the order basket.
