I've got "order error"

I've got "order error" yesterday, on date 26th of March 2024, when buying a Clubsport Formula wheel V2.5 , so on my account page "no new order" shows up but the money have already been taken on my PayPal account. I've contacted Fanatec via e-mail but got only an automated response, asking me to wait for shipping. What shipping if you didn't elaborate correctly the order ?! Asking for support, thanks.
