Error "Please enter a message and a subject"

Hi,

I can't open a support ticket due to this message "Please enter a message and a subject" and everything is filled.

I tried multiple browsers, changing PC, network, putting the video in a MEGA file, uploading them directly but nothing...

Anyone can help me please ?

    I think I recall someone previously stating they couldn't submit the support ticket with media attached and they had to upload it to something like google drive or youtube and just include the link instead. Its not ideal, but might be worth a shot. :)
