Wrong picture in order

Hello, just placed my first order from Fanatec. I went for the Gran Turismo DD Pro (8nm). However, when I received my order confirmation email the title and price is correct, but the image shows the wheel base (plus the boost kit) instead of the actual steering wheel.

Since their support is not answering to confirm this is correct I will just ask here, did this happen to any of you before?

    Hi, same with me (images are incorrect)

    I have the same order placed on 03/14/2024 and still not shipped.

    Its status is "Handover to warehouse" 🤔

    Thanks for your reply, hm that doesnt sound too promising for me. I have the same order status and I ordered only a week ago.

    I'd highly recommend cancelling your order and choosing another manufacturer. Fanatec's customer support doesn't exist and they won't get back to you before you get shipped an incorrect product. Nor will they get back to you when you're attempting to return the product they fucked up on!
