Does the QR2 also have a cracking noise like QR1 ?

Using the QR 1 there is always a cracking / clicking noise when turning the steering wheel at an certain angle under force. Reading through the forum it's a common thing and there is no real solution to that.

Did somebody notice the same problem with the new QR2 ?

    QR 1 lite does have that issue. its not really recommend use this and not sure why fanatec even sell this shit

    @Allan Theres a reason why they have a metal qr1, and a much improved qr2....

    YES, the QR2 DOES click slightly, after only about 2 months. It isn't as bad (yet) but it isn't silent ;(

    I solved my clicking problem, it wasn't actually the QR, the problem was caused by a coverplate of the steering wheel,

    I removed that and now there is no clicking/moving at any point (with the QR1).

    So make sure the screws are correctly tighten from the steering wheel to the universalhub or any other hub and you don't use any additional coverplate between that.
