How do I get support from Fanatec?

I submitted a ticket a couple weeks ago.. still only an automated reply

UPDATE MODE: PDD Quick Release Error: Connect device failed(Error: Initial ping failure: No response received for ping command.). Power OFF the wheel base and retry update. If the problem persists, please contact FANATEC support. 

is there anyone here that may be able to help me figure out how to resolve this issue myself while I am waiting for a response from the company?

I have spent too many hours trying various firmware and driver combinations but I don't even know if a part has failed or I am doing something wrong with with the software,, any help is appreciated

  • Support currently takes at least 3 weeks for an answer, so I think you just need to stay patient, they will come back to you once you are in line.

    Das mit Wheel Base aus und versuchen Sie es erneut.

    Kam im Treiber irgend wo aber denn brauch Mann doch nicht um ein spiel zu spielen.

    Da wirtz übler ich habe schon mal eine bekommen.

    Einfach keine mehr schreiben und warten bei mir über 2wochen.
