Hello 19 days since I sent you the wheel and I have no response in the emails of my case nor do I have any note.

    Yeah I got my DD+ very quickly but as soon as it has issues there's no one working there apparently...

    Well after two weeks I finally got a response that my wheel base is to be RMA'd. They sent it at 8 this morning. Let's see how long it takes for them to send the follow up with instructions on the RMA process.
