Can I please get my MONEY back?

I ordered a DD+ and some extras in early February, but as the order was delayed further and further I contacted Fanatec multiple times through different channels to cancel the order. No response.
They eventually send it anyway, despite me clearly expressing my wish to cancel. I refused to accept the shipment and contacted them again through different channels to cancel ('Widerruf'), as EU customers can do within 14 days. No response.
So now they have the products back in their posession, as well as the money I paid (over 1600€ !). No communication, no acknowledgement, no refund, nothing.
What am I supposed to do? Call a lawyer?
I was a happy Fanatec customer for 14 years, spending good money there and always recommending the brand to other people when asked for high quality sim racing equipment. And now I'm so pissed that I'm unable to enjoy this hobby any longer. Great job!

Fanatec is going into imminent insolvency now to get aquired by Corsair afterwards.
You should open a dispute with your credit card bank or paypal IMMEDIATELY or your money could be gone forever because it is possibly moving into the insolvency mass!

I opened a dispute with Paypal and it took less than a week for Fanatec to get in touch with me and return the payment in full.
Could have all been easier, but considering the company's current circumstances I guess I should just be glad that I got my money back.
