Lack of support and service

I've been trying to contact Fanatec for days about a tracking number that doesn't appear in the backorder for more than 40 days, and I've been requesting assistance for more than 20 days and haven't received any response from Fanatec. I kindly ask you to contact me to help me with these returns, because I need to understand what happened with my order and I need to resolve the assistance.
