Cant submit a ticket via website.
I'm trying to submit a ticket for my dd2, but when i click submit it always say Please enter a message and a subject when obviously i've put both. Is it a joke or what.

if you have attached any media try removing it and sending via a link if poss, i believe some people were having the same issue a while back
yes the photo were the problem, i rresolved the day later, somehow if you drop it inside the space it bugs out and give that message. i had to select it manually from the folder. ty anyway.
