After months of waiting my order arrived without my table clamp

Hi everyone, on January 19, 2024 I placed an order from the fanatec website spending €40 on shipping and after 4 months the order arrived at home divided into 7 packages, but one package is still missing, the table clamp, so all my order without that piece is UNUSABLE!! I sent a ticket to talk to the fanatec support and find a solution but they never responded to my ticket. Any suggestion on how can I receive my paid clamp without having to buy it again?? Thanks
