Podium Button Module Rally Not Activating GT DD Pro 8NM

I received my Podium Steering Wheel Monte Carlo Rally earlier this week and after assembling the wheel according to the instructions, I attached it to my GT DD Pro 8NM and updated the firmware. The Fanatec Control Panel 455 recognizes the Podium Hub but not the button box, and none of the lights nor buttons are working.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fanatec Control Panel, and even attempted to manually install the button box driver, but it cannot recognize it even detaching and reattaching the wheel.

The last thing I did was submit a customer support ticket, but I have not received a confirmation on if they actually received it.

    You most probably will have to use Fanatec driver v457 and related FWs to get the functionality of the Podium Button Module Rally, worth a try, or the PBMR may just be faulty, I hope not, either way there are on going issue with the PBMR in some senarios.
