Support is a nightmare - threat of insolvency

I am now waiting for 4 months to get my wheelbase repaired. With every mail they need 3-4 weeks to react and then they just ask dumb questions like "is this really the defect wheelbase or do you mean your second wheelbase you bought?".. and then again 3-4 weeks waiting time until a reaction comes.

My last answers to some dumb questions were at the 13th May...

Endor (owner of Fantec) is not able to pay 28 mio of debt and announced a restructuring plan to fight the threat of insolvency.

    I placed an order three weeks ago and it’s just sitting at the warehouse doing nothing. Emails get you automated responses and phone calls to customer support get directed to voicemail where you get the message “mailbox is full.” It’s as if there’s absolutely no one around at the company.
