Trying to replace power supply for DD1 PS

Hi

I bought my DD1 PS F1 wheel and base unit via Digital Motorsports. When I have tried to add it to my Fanatec products page it will not let me. I now have the problem that the power supply has failed.

How can I get it replaced when the website will not allow me to add the device unless I select I do not know my serial number and I do not have an invoice.


Any help would be welcome. 4 months left on the warranty.

    Send an email to fanatec support. They should be able to add it to your account - as you must have an invoice from Digital Motorsports, right?

    Yeah I have done this waiting on a response.

    14 day response time according to the website, for a £2000 plus piece of kit this is a joke. Will be looking for alternatives in the future if this is the best customer service that is available.

    Just purchase a Asetek Invicta wheelbase and Forte Formula Wheel. Goodbye to Fanatec customer support from Asetek is a dream come true and the wheels and base are excellent.
