clupsport dd electrical input

Hello people. I need help. I bought a new Clupsport DD base for PC. When the base is connected, the CSL pedals start to spin. The gas and brake flicker a lot. The brake even only reacts in the middle. When the old csl dd base is connected everything is normal again. I have shielded the power cable of the base, but still the same. The whole rick is even grounded!
does anyone know anything?
