Need help / RMA / Service

Purchased club sport Porsche 911 GT3 wheel bundle for PC but the universal is the Xbox v2 since the regular V2 for PC was not available on July 9th of this year and was delivered on the July 27th

Unable to update firmware in the hub after multiple attempts and troubleshooting through this forum and Reddit forum , decided to return it .

Followed instructions how to return , was instructed to go to support , created a support ticket on August 12 , explained what was wrong with the purchase , they requested a video , I sent video and pics on August 13th . Haven’t heard anything from them , I replied to the original thread on August 21st looking for an update . Found no one responded .

I wrote to Fanatec on Twitter with no response , wrote to Guadalupe Lopez for direction .

Have not heard anything from anyone .

so how do I move forward with an RMA at this point or even swap it out for a working hub . We are now in September with no progress .

would love to get this resolved and help would be greatly appreciated
