Can I expect support, ever?

Gutted what I'm reading here about support delays and company insolvency...

I bought the 8Nm BMW CSL DD bundle with QR2 lite wheel side, load cell pedal and shifter... it arrived two days ago without the QR2 wheel side... the tracker was showing one package had the label created but it wasn't picked up by UPS so I contacted support and got the auto response saying 3-5 days response.

I can't even use the setup because the BMW wheel has the QR1 fitting but the base has QR2...

Will I ever get a response?

I own a CSL Elite and had a good experience so went back to get the DD... never in a million years thought the company would be in the position it's in... gutted I might never get support or the QR2 wheel side I ordered...
