Will I ever get a response

Hi

i returned a DD1 for Warranty repair /RMA and after an email weeks later asking how the repair was coming along

Received an email back stating that they had received wheelbase and was in the long line of repairs and would be notified on return

With no notification the wheel base turns up at my door not repaired

The box hadn’t even been opened

I have sent countless emails to Fanatec asking why nothing had been done with absolutely no response

Not only the repair wasn’t even looked at but I also had to pay for the parcel shipping to get repaired

can you please advise what I need to do next
