Warranty?
Bought my gt dd1 bundle in may 2023. Didn't receive product till jan 2024 and now having issues with wheel base. Fanatec site says warranty expired when i purchased in may 2023. No reply from fanatec. To be fair, shouldn't my warranty have started when i actually received the product?

yes, warranty starts at day when you get a product
the problem is that they web shop page is not design for automatically check when user get the product, just one off those small failures what could avoided first-place
Thats good to know. Thanks, as fanatec has not got back to me on this issue. Looks like they still haven't solved their customer support issues i guess.
