Highlights from ADAC SimRacing Expo 2024
The last of the boxes are sorted, and our coffee consumption is back to normal, so it's time for a short recap. The SimRacing Expo 2024 was a fantastic event for the entire Fanatec team! It was great to meet so many new sim racing enthusiasts and reconnect with familiar faces from our incredible community, including friends from other brands who brought their own amazing setups to the event. It is fantastic to see our industry growing at such a fast pace. Our booth was buzzing with energy from start to finish – thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared your passion for sim racing, especially from those who expressed excitement to see us back stronger than ever. Your loyalty and enthusiasm mean the world to us!
Thank You to Our Partners
A special shoutout goes to Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing for their invaluable help with our booth. We know many enthusiasts were excited to meet two world champions Sebastian Job and Frederik Rasmussen. Another huge thank you goes out to Kunos Simulazioni for helping to create the "streaming room" – a space for content creators to dive into Assetto Corsa EVO on a fully loaded rig using a high-end CORSAIR PC and Elgato streaming equipment to experience the sim for the first time away from the busy crowds.

Podium Steering Wheel Bentley GT3: Finally Here
One of the biggest highlights was being able to launch the long-awaited Podium Steering Wheel Bentley GT3 at the start of the Expo. The journey to bring this product to market has been challenging but immensely rewarding. First introduced in 2021 during the Bentley Continental GT3 Pikes Peak car’s run at the 99th Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, it has since undergone three years of product development, testing and refinement to become the pinnacle wheel in the Fanatec range.
Built to handle the world’s most notorious hill climb course, this product seamlessly blends rugged durability and luxury. Bringing real-world racing technology into the hands of sim racers is a unique challenge, and this product stands as a testament to the passion and perseverance of our team. It was worth the wait!
Comments
Looking forward to learning more about the Clubsport GT Cockpit. IIRC its base price was speculated at while it was still a Corsair product. Hopefully it will be lower than what that speculation was (I always want lower prices) because it would be priced north of more versatile aluminum extrusion cockpits, and that is in some cases with a seat.
Speaking of the seat. The two-part bucket seat is very interesting. What sort of shipping savings should someone expect to see if this seat is compared to a similar one-piece bucket seat?
you dont want my comment the fbi would knoking on my door to tell you what i think of this petce of crapp!!!
