Fanatec Pedals V3 do not brake properly

Hello,
my set: Fanatec Extreme with V3 pedals, PS5 and current driver package 463, Gran Turismo 7
Since yesterday I have had a problem with the brake pedal. When I brake hard at high speed, the car starts to brake briefly and then continues driving at full speed for 1 to 3 seconds. After that, the braking effect starts again. While the braking effect stops, the bar for the brake display in GT7 also goes all the way down. I have the impression that if I press the pedal too hard, the brakes fail, because if I apply a little less pressure, the braking occurs completely normally. It shouldn't really matter how hard I press the pedal and there shouldn't be any brake failure.
Which brake calibration is relevant when using the PS5,
the one in the Fanatec Control Panel or the one directly in GT7?
The driver package 463 has been installed for a good 2 weeks and until the day before yesterday everything worked perfectly.

Addendum: I have already replaced the cable from the pedals to the base, but that didn't make any difference.
