Fanatec Customer service?

Hello,
I've placed 2 orders so far on Black Friday sale.
1 order on the 27th and 1 on the 28th.
The order from the 28th is arriving on Monday, tracking number is there to track, everything is great.
But no news on the order placed the day before, no mail with tracking number, yes I've checked spam, no update.
Help?!

Hi there, please reach out to our Support Team by logging into your account and clicking on the support button next to your products. Go to "My Account" > "My Products", where you can select the product(s) in question and open a ticket by clicking the "Support" button (if the support ticket is greyed out, make sure to add the product's serial number by clicking on "Add serial number/invoice”).
Or you could just have asked me my order number and told me why there were no updates on it since Wednesday.
I'm beginning to realise why Fanatec is regarded very low on customer service.
