Handbrake V1.5 problems

My handbrake V1.5 started acting out couple of weeks ago. Or not exactly the first symtom was that I lost ffb CSL DD when I was gaming EA Sports WRC. Then it started being on about 10-25% and then not working at all. I got the ffb back when I unpluged the handbrake and restarting the game. With handbrake on it didn't come back.

What could be the reason for this? Any ideas?

    As soon as I wrote this I checked the back of the base and the plug for handbrake was not fully in. And now the automatic calibration also seems to work which it didn't yesterday. So I hope the loose plug was the reason. I will keep you posted on this one.
