Hello, why is my order number 2067092 still displayed as unsent? When I placed the order, you wrote on the website that the order placed by December 15 would be delivered before Christmas. I cannot understand your policy. The order has been paid, the invoice has been issued, but there is no tracking number.
Please write a short note about what you intend to do with it?

Hi, have you tried searching by order number on UPS website? What is the destination zip code?
I had a total of two orders, one has a waybill number, unless they combined both orders into one and sent it to one waybill number.
Today I will find out if it is as I think. I'm waiting for the courier right now.

did you have 2 orders and only 1 tracking but received both on the same day with the same shipping? I think I am in the same situation: 2 orders, only 1 tracking estimated for today, I just hope they are together

I also did 2 orders, 1 arrived and the other not, it is estimated for the 30th of December. It’s a pity because I hoped it woule come for Christmas, however not a big deal, happy holydays everyone.
