Fanatec delivery times / UPS tracking number availability

Hi everybody,
I have ordered a QR2 bundle (Type C) last week on the 16th of december and I am still waiting for that w/o any news regarding availability or tracking. UPS tracking number is not avalaible. The only info that I received was a mail on the 16th of december mentioning that my order was being prepared for shipment and that I should receive in parallel a separate mail with the UPS tracking number, but until now I have received nothing...
Product is available and the shipping was promised under 4-7 days...
I am surprised because this is not the 1st time I order products at Fanatec and usually when I receive this mail, UPS tracking number is also provided some hours later.
Are there currently any logistic issues or product availability issues?

while you talk about 16 December one, i have same thing with my 13 December order

ordered 15/12, same case as above.
Even contacted the support team by email, without answers...
There's a general business rule that is "the invoice follows the goods"...
Now what ?
Will you extend the warranty period ?
I finally received my order some minutes ago. Mail with UPS tracking number was sent today morning at 6:00AM.

Me too, received this morning an email saying the order was dispatched 4 days ago, and it was delivered this afternoon.
