Too many to worry about before something else fails?

i'm more worry about memory self, things like settings and so on what constantly change
firmware self is in different part at in chip so that would last at least 10 years or even more
its not only fanatec, other company's use similar stuff
there are also other factors like Heat what reduces lifecycle

Great question Jack! Fanatec hardware is built with durable components, and the firmware storage is designed for a significant number of write cycles. In typical use, it’s unlikely you'll ever reach the limit of write cycles before other components naturally wear out. If you’re regularly updating firmware as recommended, you can be confident it’s within the designed lifespan of the product. 😊 Let us know if you have more questions!
Great answer Olivia! Just curious with so many people updating and downdating (Is that even a word?)
hardware life cycle is that long till he die.
if you ask how long this and how long that, you would never get correct answer. i have 20 year old pc what still work
