Formal complaint

Does anyone know if there is a way to submit a more formal complaint other than filling out another customer support request?

Do I (or a lawyer) send an actual letter to the company address? How would this work for a German company?

  • I think I am slowly moving past kindness because that has gotten me nowhere over the last 3+ months. I have been more than polite and patient. I have 2 cases, I have spend almost 500 euro's as a result of getting the wrong information. For example: Saying they can not replace the QR1 base side and then I bite the bullet and spend 400 euro's on upgrading to QR2 and then 2 weeks later offering to ship a QR1 base side!!!

    On Jan 28th I got an email that there would be discussing with a supervisor. On Feb 10 (2 weeks later, still no reply) I ask about an update on this. Nothing, today we are approaching another 2 weeks later.
