podium dd2 drivers wont install

podium dd2 drivers wont install,

i have tried everything i know uninstalled all Fanatec software numerous times , tried again to install drivers to no avail im at a loss my last resort is to buy a new wheel , Please can anyone help me as to why the drivers will not install
