Fanatec assistance is practically non-existent

I opened a ticket n 2008207904 of a breakdown in my v3 inverted pedalboard on February 13 the only answer I got after two weeks and that they would open an RMA for the repair but I still haven't received any email.....is it possible that someone spends €400 on pedals that they can't use ??? More and more ridiculous

  • It's the second time you answer me and they tell me that they would have opened an RMA but is it possible that then I don't get any email for the shipment?
