Fanatec assistance is practically non-existent

I opened a ticket n 2008207904 of a breakdown in my v3 inverted pedalboard on February 13 the only answer I got after two weeks and that they would open an RMA for the repair but I still haven't received any email.....is it possible that someone spends €400 on pedals that they can't use ??? More and more ridiculous

It's the second time you answer me and they tell me that they would have opened an RMA but is it possible that then I don't get any email for the shipment?
