questions about ClubSport Steering wheel f1 2019

I recieved this wheel today. But how does the two flag LED bars work?
Does it work with Iracing?
Does it work with a CSW base V2?

And what does MPS FNC mean? options are AUTO, ENC, CONST, & PULSE?

    FlagLEDs are not supported by any game yet. You need a third party tool like SLIMax Manager or wait for the new to be released Fanatec Software.

    MPS FNC please look in the manual, its explained there. 
    Auto lets the game decide how to handle the MPS knobs if the game has implemented them (currently only iRacing afaik).
    Enc is Encoder.
    Const is constant pressed buttons.
    Pulse gives a short pulse signal whenever you change MPS position.

    Habs vorgestern erhalten und kann selbst mit Anleitung nicht mit Ps4 verbinden. Die Base und die Ps4 sind in ordnung. Hab auch ein anderes F1 Lenkrad und es geht.
