Cannot purchase DD1 wheel base

Hello, good morning, i have tried to pay for a DD1 wheel base today and i keep getting an error stating Error with payment: Error with payment

I have tried other purchases and the card works. 

I Then sent an email to the above email and then i get a message back saying Your message to [email protected] couldn't be delivered.

sales wasn't found at fanatec.com.
