Hello, does anyone know what date the refund can be made?
I've ordered CSL Elite PS4 Edition with #1062866 order number but because our government put additional taxes I had to cancel it before it is shipped.
Because it's not shipped and no process have been done by Fanatec, I would like to receive my refund as full and also fast.
I do not have enough limit on my credit card and I'll buy the product again to ship it to my friend who lives in Greece. I'll take it from him.
Dear Fanatec family, I've read a lot of topics and discussions from here and the other platforms. I saw that your customer support is not good. Please refund my money back, I'll buy another product once you pay me back.
Please help me.

They are very bad in customer service. I sent them lost of emails..
When did you send your first email? Keep in mind they are working remotely and receiving many order requests.
Not an excuse. They (the executive management) evidently doesn't have the necessary skills or knowledge to ramp up their capacity to deal with this overload of communications. If my business was growing that fast, I would be hiring!!
Sorry to say this, but today they were very quick refunding my payment for the clubmaster F1 2020 and csl elite, after they suggested me to buy as a bundle with discount! Money was refunded within 1 hour, in other words they our violating our consumer rights as wel as their own terms general terms and conditions.
Therefore it's not fair to say they are busy...
