MRA Process?

Hi,

My one week old DD1 is not working anymore - fans were 100% and now it doesn't want to update.


I've been trying to get a phone call with a tech support but I'm not getting any answers, I already sent them a e-mail for Technical Support.

Is there a formal process to start the MRA? Where can I call (and at what hours EST)? WHat have been your experience with the warranty process?

    I can see you received a response from the support team earlier today. If an RMA is required, they will initiate this.
