Hi all, so I purchased a dd1 from someone who received it free from fanatec to sample, so after 4 months it has started to occur problems and I need to repair it.

So my questions are

Are people allowed to sell products on after they receive it to sample?

Finally will fanatec repair my dd1 or keep it because it should have not been sold on in the first place ?

Any advice will be great

Add the DD under your products in the website even without the invoice. Open a support ticket and techteam will guide you.

A sample should never have been sold in the first place, only if you knew this beforehand you also could be one to blame. You can still create a support ticket after you registered the product. But I highly doubt this sample falls under warranty and you'll have to pay for the repair.
