Bank transfer refund

28 december I placed an order and paid by bank transfer, later that evening I canceled the order and now I am waiting to receive my refund, my order log says that the order has been canceled. But I have not received my money back.

My reference number is 1205529.

I am a bit nervous because I haven't heard anything or had an email.

I've entered the details of the bank correctly, so it's not a mistake at my end. If there is something wrong ( I don't think that's the case)

It probably will take until sometime next week.

I think Fanatec had the week between christmas and new year off so they will only see all that in Monday and then will work through everything since their holidays so it will take some more days until you will receive your money back (you know, Bank Transfer itself also takes 2-3 days...
