Here you can find all basic information and everything you need to dive into our new Fanatec mobile app!

The all-new Fanatec mobile App is a convenient way to access our News channels, contact Support swiftly, as well as displaying telemetry data from PC games and using the Tuning Menu on your touchscreen. The first version of our iOS and Android app sets the foundation for new and improved features later on.

The app is currently in alpha state and we would like to gather as much feedback as possible to improve its functionality.


Features

  • News
    • Access our official Blog to find information about product launches or other company milestones.
    • Quick overview of our main social media channels: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Support
    • Offers easy access to:
    • Customer Service for information/questions about a product, order status, or your account.
    • Fulfillment Team for information/questions about shipping problems, refunds, VAT, or invoices.
    • Tech Support for information/questions about product/software issues, tech expert inquiries, RMA, Repair. Upload pictures/videos directly from your phone.
    • Chat-bot for basic order, shipping, and account support, as well as info about our product ecosystem and compatibility.
    • Live Chat with Fanatec customer service when online (shown grayed out when offline).
    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
    • Download of manuals, quick-guides, drilling templates, etc.
    • QR-Code scanner for scanning the QR code of a product label which will link to important information about the scanned product.
  • ITM
    • Access game telemetry information through six different overviews.
    • Requires a Windows PC with compatible driver for forwarding game telemetry data to the mobile device.
    • Mobile device must be on the same WiFi network as the PC.
    • Detailed instructions can be found in the mobile app on first start or via the menu button in the top right and then "How to connect ITM/TMC".
    • Overview of supported games and telemetry data can be found on PC: Right-click on the Fanatec TrayApp next to the clock -> Fanatec App -> Open ITM data/game support list.
    • Requires a Windows PC with compatible driver for forwarding game telemetry data to the mobile device.
    • Mobile device must be on the same WiFi network as the PC.
    • Compatible bases: Podium DD, CSL DD, GT DD PRO, ClubSport V2.5, CSL Elite PS4
    • Detailed instructions can be found in the mobile app on first start or via the menu button in the top right and then "How to connect ITM/TMC".
  • Tuning
    • Access to all Tuning Menu settings which can be changed in real time.

iOS

The app is currently available through the Test Flight application The link to the app below will also include the Test Flight instructions. The final app will be compatible to iOS 11.0 or higher, however the Test Flight program only works with 13.0 or higher according to the instructions.
