A a sudden jerk in my steering wheel every time I stop

Hi everybody. Racing with the trucks as well as NASCAR series. When I accelerate and then slow down right before I get to about 10 mph my wheel jerks to the left or right quickly somewhat hard. I'm not sure if it's happening to everybody it doesn't matter where I am on the track or in the pit I just get this sudden jerk of the wheel right before the car comes to a stop. Just making sure everything's operating the way it's supposed to. Appreciate the feedback..
