ClubSport 911 GT3 R - podium button module now works on CSL Elite?

So previously the podium button module wasn't compatible with the CSL Elite, and is still listed as incompatible on the podium button module page.

However on the compatibility of the Clubsport 911 GT3 R wheel, which is using the v2 clubsport universal hub instead of the podium hub. the CSL ELite wheel bases are listed as compatible

Can you confirm that all the buttons/funky switches will work on the CSL Elite and it's not some oversight?

I did read Dom's comment that V2 universal hub has upgradable firmware, is this new firmware the reason the button module now works?

The Endurance Module itself stils says it's not compatible. So I would not gamble on it that it works on the CSL Elite base, plus there has been no new Firmware since months that could have added the support.

you'd need a new firmware for the base, not for one component of the whole Porsche Wheel. So no, the CSL Elite still isn't compatible to the BME.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for highlighting this. The listing was not correct, it was duplicated from the other wheels that were reconfigured with the 'V2' ClubSport Universal Hubs instead of having a specific note about the BME. Unfortunately the CSL Elite bases do not currently support the BME, and the move to the Universal Hub V2 does not change this.
