ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2021 - LEDs not working

Hi,

I have a ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2021 wheel that arrived yesterday. My setup is as follows:

PC Driver: 402

Wheelbase: CSL Elite 1.1 firmware 684, wheelbase motor firmware 22

Steering Wheel: ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2021, firmware 41

Pedals: CSL Elite with Load Cell, connected to wheelbase (not USB)

Fanalab: V1.54.5

The LED rev lights and the LED flag lights do not light up. They do not work in any game (tried AC, Raceroom, ACC). The also do not work when test the Wheel Rev lights in the Windows game controller panel.

I also have a P1 wheel. The rev lights do work for that wheel.

I have completely removed and reinstalled the PC driver and Fanalab several times.

I am hoping to figure out if this is a hardware or software issue. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Thomas,

If both your base and wheel firmware is up to date and the lights don't work in the driver test, then it could be a hardware issue. You should contact support, either by creating a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account, or you can reach them via the Live Chat feature, open Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. (CEST).
