CSL Elite wheel intermittently looses steering input during IRacing
Hello everyone,
I have a CSL Elite wheel base that will loose steering input for a second or two about 2-3 times during a race in IRacing. My wheel base is 2.5 years old and no longer under warranty support.
During a race, the wheel will work fine, and then will stop responding in a corner for about 1-2 seconds and then "catch up" to the steering input. This is intermittent and only occurs after about 20 minutes of use. It will then work flawlessly for a while until it repeats a few minutes later. The other oddity is that after the first non-responsive incident, my club sport pedals will provide 100% vibration feedback continuously until I power off the wheel again.
Firmware was updated after the issue started occurring, but has had no impact. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't help, but there are other people having a similar issue with the CSL DD here:

This would suggest that this is not a wheel base specific problem.
Wish we got some comments from Fanatec reps.
