Recently made a purchase and wasn't logged in. Been charged but no email confirming the purchase.



  • Contact Fanatec support.

  • to my knowledge you either have to login or create a new account to complete an order. But yeah, contact support, there’s no use posting here for this type of problems.

  • I never had a confirmation email with my purchase, I emailed to make sure all was good and had reply saying order is fine, which it was.

    I have read a few times that confirmation emails don't always get sent
