My DD1 seems to have died after less than a year.
The website is an absolute mess preventing me from contacting fanatec.
Help greatly appreciated!

Jups, website of the EU is a complete mess currently. You could try the Live Chat on the US site maybe that one helps. Or try to contact webshop@fanatec.com with the message the site is broken.
I left it unplugged overnight. Plugged it in this morning- working again. Managed to update all drivers. Still working.
Last night was frustrating. The wheel base would calibrate, then stop functioning. No led display on wheel base or wheel after calibration.
Then having to negotiate the website broken links which has been a mess on and off for the best part of a year.
