Mi dd pro (5nm) will not respond

My DD pro it’s not responding, I drive and everything‘s good but Mid race the buttons, the steering wheel and the pedals don’t respond like If it turned off but the wheel response to the car driving by itself. to reset it I have to press the power button back again to blue and press the PS button and log in again. I drive it again a little bit more but it happens again. have the newest update. Is this common? What should i do?

    Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution either. I'm very close to requesting a refund, as I can't race properly with the constant worry of whether or not my wheel is actually going to respond when I turn it.
