McLaren GT3 V2 Preorder?

I ordered the GT3 V2 a few weeks ago as a preorder, however, now it is listed as available to ship. But the order page says that it won't be processed until it is shipped. I've since put through a cancellation request. Howcome the order was still listed as a preorder if the product was available to shift, and when can I obtain a refund on the original order so I can put through a new one.

    Did you login to see the status under 'Orders'? If you are not able to cancel, your order may 'have been processed' and waiting to be shipped.
