Hey guys I’ve seen a couple of threads about this issue. I was wondering if anyone has had a work around or way of getting payment through. I tried my Visa bank card and PayPal. Called my bank and told them of the purchase and they say it must be on Fanatecs end. I was reading where people say to just keep trying PayPal and saw one person say he had to wait for fanatic to email him and to try PayPal again and it worked. Any help will be much appreciated.

I also wanted to know if anyone has made a purchase with PayPal does the purchase go through if your card is linked to your PayPal or do the funds have to be in your PayPal account?
I had the same issue. I just used a friend's account to place the order.

did You use a debit or credit card?
Credit. Just call your credit card company to let them know of your plan to make the transaction to make sure they dont falsely flag it as a fraudulent transaction.
I had the same issue. It’s an issue with Fanatec. All you can really do is email [email protected] and they should be able to take care of it. It will take sometime for them to rely but they should be able to fix it so you can at least use PayPal.
Do the funds have to be in the PayPal account or can you just have your card attached to the PayPal account to make the purchase?
I used paypal which is linked to my bank card and no issues. Just goes straight from my bank account. Went right away.
Same issue here tried three different cards and PayPal none worked. I wish they would address this issue. I bought from them yesterday no issues now it doesn’t work at all
Same with me. I purchased something last week. And none of the payment methods have been working this week.
Still doesn’t accept payment. Now I have a DD1 coming with no steering wheel to use it :(

Nope. Waiting for some sort of a response from Fanatec regarding this.
I ended up ordering my products from simulation1.ca
The items are priced slightly higher, but at least I could order what I wanted.
Yeah I tried to order with my PayPal and 2 different cards no luck. I sent an email last week still waiting to hear back.
It’s June 25th and still haven’t heard back from fanatec
I haven’t either.
Ive seen people say that the Paypal email must match the Fanatec account email to use it.
