This is how I can summarize my experience with the Fanatec company.
I am not all young and in my life, I have never encountered a society with such actions.
After waiting without information about the delivery delay, you end up with a non-functional
set when unpacking.
Technical support asks you to check the correct assembly of elements which should be verified
by their quality department.such as tightening the PIN connector screws, properly seating the
QR into the motor.
I'm not the one working for you, I'm your client.
Now that it is a question of making a return for reimbursement,it is again the circus
to obtain the support information.
It's sad, it's tiring, it's pathetic.
