Fanatec and PS5

I am considering purchasing the Podium F1. Currently I only race PC. However, it appears PS is going to develop their multiplayer with GT Sport. Can Fanatec guarantee that the current Podium product(s) will work with PS5?

It's totally unknown outside of Sony and a decision that can only be made by Sony.

What is importatnt is to understand if the chip that our CSL's and DD's have for the PS4 compatibility can be upgraded by software 😎 or we will have to sent back for upgrade 😟 or even worse, become very expensive paper weights and have to buy new ones. 😱 😱 😱 😱 😱
